This is meant to be a writers' community, where would be writers can ask questions of the other members and hopefully receive feedback and answers.
i.e. "What are some old-fashioned remedies to the common cold?" OR "I'm having a problem with this plot point. These are the characters and setting. Does anyone have ideas for me?"
This is NOT meant to be a critiquing community (though I don't see a problem with asking for critiques and linking back to an entry on your own journal), so DO NOT post entire sections of your work here for a general critique. Entries and comments here are public.
Also, while I don't have a problem with fan fiction writers asking questions, please do not ask fandom-specific questions here, such as what is canon in that fandom. Feel free to set up your question in context of your fandom, but I'd like this to deal more with general questions (and do NOT want this community to devolve into debates about.....say, whether Harry and Draco would get together. Or whatever). I'm sure there are communities you can ask or debate these issues to your heart's content, but this isn't it.
Also, if you can think of anything that I haven't covered here that might need to be addressed, please feel free to let me know.
