Also, if you know anyone else who would be interested in this community (on Dreamwidth or able to comment via OpenID), feel free to spread the word! (OpenID users will only be able to comment on other people's posts to answer questions, but I'm wondering if we can work around that by having someone post the question by proxy. Any OpenID users watching can sound off here about that idea.) After all, the more brains there are to pick, the more questions can be answered!

I am ~fledgeling~, very much so, at writing. I used to write eons ago, poems and short stories and essay as then fell out of it when I went to college and wrote PAPERS and such. I'd been asked for...forever... when I was going to start writing again and I had no plans to do so. Last summer I just got the urge and put fingers to keyboard and produced something... truly awful... but didn't let it stop me, and kept going.
I'm a member of a few prompt communities on LJ, so I've been writing shorts here and there. I write some RPF, though I am on my last story there. Ready to jump into something original and characters I created in my own brain and build a world from scratch.
Anyway, great to be here and this community is a fantastic idea!
